Artists and Labels, do you have a music video you would like to stream with us? If so, please take the following steps:

1. Download, print and complete the Video Submission Form (PDF)

2. Mail your video in DVD Format or AVI Uncompressed Digital File and your signed Video Submission Form and Streaming License Agreement to:
