Digital Storefront Media Player (DSMP) For Labels
The DSMP For Labels is a FREE player which displays all of a Label's artists, information, photos, and mp3 tracks for sale. Artists are listed alphabetically and by genre. The HTML code, when pasted into a musician or label web page, will display the DSMP. Music posted by artists and labels is added to the XYZmp3 Digital Catalog and Database. Once mp3 tracks, photos, and information are uploaded, an instant storefront is created via the DSMP. Labels and musicians are now empowered to increase their distribution points at social networking sites, their own homepage, promotional pages and elsewhere throughout the Internet.

Pricing Flexibility
XYZmp3 allows you, the content owners, to choose from several different per-album target price points. Individual song downloads are $.99 cents. Album downloads are $7.99, 8.99 and 9.99. The variable price structure gives labels the opportunity to offer downloads for lesser-known artists at a lower price. This encourages all participants to position their content in an open market fashion.

This is a great opportunity to generate additional income and visibility for your business and for your artists. The royalty rate of each sale is 70% of the net wholesale and royalty statements are provided monthly. The XYZmp3 sales agreement is non-exclusive.

How to get Started

Submit Your Content Using Method Listed Below:

**All directions and information needed to supply XYZMP3.com with your content is provided in detail in the Digital Distribution Agreement (PDF format) .**

Please identify if music contains explicit lyrics or content.

Only submit content you own and have the right to distribute. Violators will be reported and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

1. Download label Digital Distribution Agreement (PDF format)
2. Download XYZ Spreadsheet (MS Excel format)
3. Fill out all of the appropriate information.
4. Rip your mp3s into a 256 kilobyte settings
5. Fill out all ID3 TAGS.
6. Apply for your ISRC numbers at the RIAA website it is free.
7. label albums by UPC and individual track by ISRC codes
8. Test/verify media: Listen to ALL of your mp3s to make sure there are no glitches.
9. Scan artwork from CD: Assign artwork to album in spreadsheet.
10. Make sure the spreadsheet reflects the mp3s you are sending and all of the information matches.
11. Burn a CD or hard drive of content listed above in separate folders. (Artwork, Spreadsheet, Albums, etc.)
12. Each folder should be a specified album with its own XL Data sheet and artwork.
13. Include a Retail-Ready CD, from which you converted, just in case something went wrong.
14. Package all contents securely.
15. Mail a SIGNED Digital Distribution Agreement and all required materials to:
