Roland De Leon
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. De Leon has an extensive background in developing and building technology companies with clear exit strategies. Prior to launching XYZmp3, he was the Chief Technical Officer for Delfin Media, an audio and video streaming media company, and was the inventor of their proprietary streaming hardware application. Prior to joining Delfin Media, he served as the Chief Technical Officer for Centerian LLC in Latin America. At Centerian he played critical roles in the process of raising capital as well as developing and managing the business strategy of building data centers throughout Latin America.

He also played an important role in the creation of new business relationships with some of the world’s largest technology companies and negotiated the attainment of one of only three Oracle licenses for the Pan American region in order to create an Oracle ASP Model. Also, Mr. De Leon has strong credentials in private equity funding with significant ties to the venture capital community throughout Texas, New York and Miami.

Lynn Vastola
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Vastola previously worked in the Energy sector for Pacific Gas and Electric Energy Services in Houston, Texas and Green Mountain Energy Company in Austin, Texas. She has consistently proven to be an effective project manager/transaction manager, and specializes in business process analysis. She worked as a liaison between the energy companies and their technology departments to integrate customized company software applications in order to solve business needs. While at PGEES, she worked with major commercial clients such as Marriott and the McDonald’s Corporation. At Green Mountain Energy Company, she was the Manager of Billing Operations and was responsible for billing $25+ million dollars in revenue for 500,000+ customers per month. While working for Green Mountain she was able to prevent a $1.5 million dollar tax modeling error from occurring. Ms. Vastola is a key part of the XYZ payment process strategy as well as the everyday operations of the business. Ms. Vastola graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Psychology and has an MBA in Management from St. Edwards University in Austin.

Jesse Garcia
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Garcia served as the IT director for Delfin Media and Centerian LLC providing IT management, web development and infrastructure support.  There he provided integral IT support for company operations as well as managing studio technicians.  He has a diverse technology background including streaming media applications, database design, application development and general IT support. Mr. Garcia also provides team leadership for IT support with the Texas state government.

Mr. Garcia designed the XYZmp3 backend system and currently manages XYZmp3’s technology projects including the management of our IT staff. As CTO, Mr. Garcia has been and will continue to be a critical component for IT consulting needs, business development, and planning the direction of our technology platform. Mr. Garcia holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Reynaldo Garcia
Accounting
During his previous five years of employment, Mr. Garcia has excelled at business analysis and implementation resulting in increased business profits by 20% percent. Mr. Garcia was formerly with Delfin Media and came to join the XYZmp3 team where we are pleased to have his dedicated productivity and analytical abilities. Mr. Garcia has a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.

Mark Rasmussen
President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Rasmussen runs and operates the nationally distributed music and action sports lifestyle magazine No Cover. He started the publication more than eight years ago which is best known for finding and highlighting the best unsigned bands and giving them their first cover such as: Big Daddy Voodoo Daddy (May 1997), Ben Harper (Sept. 1997), Crystal Method (Dec. 1997), Blink 182 (March 1998), Eve6 (April 1998), Linkin Park (Oct. 2000), Kut U Up (March 2004) and Living Things (March/April 2006). Also, Mark was hired by the Jagermeister/Sydney Importing Company to develop the first official JagerMusic Tour Magazine in Oct. 2003 (100,000 copies were distributed to over 42 tour stops nationwide to promote their Jagermusic Tour featuring the band Slayer).

Mr. Rasmussen’s was previously an account manager for the world’s largest ad agencies and their top brands. Mr. Rasmussen’s clients included Foote Cone & Belding/Farmers Insurance (both print & television), Rubin Postaer & Associates/American Honda Motors, Inc. (print & collateral), Sussia Miller Advertising /Acura Motors (television & print)/Jenny Craig, Inc. (television & print).

Mr. Rasmussen received his undergraduate degree in Communications/Marketing with an emphasis on Advertising/Public Relations from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Mr. Rasmussen has 12 years of intra-industry sales and marketing experience and eight years of relationship building during his publishing experience in the music industry which makes him a vital part of the XYZmp3 team.

John Herron
Director of Technology Security & IT Process
Mr. Herron is currently a System Administrator working with a Fortune 500 company. In his spare time he enjoys maintaining vintage computers, programming on any architecture he can find, and playing with artificial intelligence software. He is on the Board of Directors with the local Information Systems Security Association and has a complex background in computer security. As one of our lead programmers he is helping XYZmp3 become a major contender in the online music industry and oversees all security tactics to ensure a safe and pleasant experience while using the XYZmp3 Download System.

Robert Renaud
Creative Director
Mr. Renaud handles the design and front-end development of XYZmp3. He has previously served as the President/CEO of Evalesco, Inc., an advertising and web development firm, where he integrated campaigns that included advertising, collateral, brand development and online solutions including web design, e-commerce platforms and content management systems. Mr. Renaud graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Studio Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, and Photography. He also received an Associates of Applied Sciences in Multimedia/Web Development from the Art Institute of Dallas.

Jacob Gonzalez
Middleware & IT Business Process
Mr. Gonzalez is currently attending Texas State University and majoring in Computer Science.  Mr. Gonzalez has extensive experience with C/C++, PHP, mySQL, Unix, and HTML. He is the lead programmer of XYZmp3 and is co-developing database schemes for storing all pertinent information while assisting with security applications.

Rip Burn Winkle
Chief Icon & Advertising Officer (CIAO-“See Ya”)
From parts unknown Mr. Winkle was hired by the XYZ Team to help “take it to the streets”. He specializes in Gorilla Marketing, Rock ‘n Roll, and is in a promising up-and-coming band called Kid Biscuit. Mr. Winkle's hobbies include pumping iron, working on his tan, posting bulletins on MySpace, jamming on his guitar and kickin' it old school.
