Based in Austin, XYZmp3 is “The Digital Download System for Everyone” that offers musicians, record labels, and artists a free online storefront to sell and distribute music online. CEO Roland De Leon says, “XYZmp3 was conceived by musicians for musicians. Bands now have a safe and secure venue to distribute, sell, and control their own online distribution and sales. By creating a platform for profitable online music downloads, XYZmp3’s goal is to become everyone’s favorite digital download system.” XYZmp3 also has plans to provide its free software to enable sales of digital media, including self-publishing of e-books, videos, pictures and more.

XYZmp3 was created in Austin, Texas in November 2005 and incorporated in October 2006. CEO and musician, Roland De Leon, is on a mission to help artists expand the distribution of their music at a minimal cost to the artists.

For our musicians, we offer the only digital product on the market that provides an online banking storefront and music player to implement on the musicians’ web community page or personal web page. The XYZmp3 Online Banking Tool will offer the independent artist and publisher a convenient, non-distracting and secure way to market to their web community of fans on sites such as www.myspace.com, www.tagworld.com , www.friendster.com and more. Once a user purchases a single track or album, they are not distracted with other competitor’s music while making their transaction.

For our affiliates, we offer free electronic payment processing software in return for their continued advertisement of XYZmp3.com. Affiliates are paid based on the number of sales their website generates.

For musicians, labels, and affiliates, we plan to offer online banner advertising to promote their businesses on our site.

For our music buying customers, we offer the ease of access to our database created by our network of affiliates. Our software is easy-to-use and does not require you to download a client to your computer, so you can browse our database and download any of our songs from any of our affiliates' websites, artists’ community pages, independent genre specific sites, or anywhere our software has been installed on someone else’s existing web page. Our songs are sold for $0.99 cents each.

For our independent labels, we offer an expanding distribution network of affiliate and musician sites that will greatly increase the exposure and the distribution penetration across the United States.
